ความเป็นส่วนตัว

• ไม่มีบัญชีผู้ใช้ แอปสร้างรหัสสุ่มประจำเครื่อง (guest id) ไว้ใช้นับแต้มและระบุว่าอะไรเป็นของคุณ ไม่ผูกกับชื่อจริง อีเมล หรือเบอร์โทร
• ตำแหน่ง ใช้เฉพาะตอนเปิดแอป เพื่อเรียงห้องน้ำใกล้สุดและคำนวณเส้นทาง ตำแหน่งของคุณไม่ถูกส่งขึ้นเซิร์ฟเวอร์และไม่ถูกเก็บเป็นประวัติ ยกเว้นสองกรณีที่คุณกดส่งเอง คือพิกัดของหมุดที่คุณปัก และตำแหน่งที่คุณเลือกส่งตอนขอความช่วยเหลือน้ำท่วม
• ขอความช่วยเหลือน้ำท่วม ตำแหน่งและรายละเอียดที่คุณกรอกจะถูกเก็บเพื่อแสดงบนแผนที่ขอความช่วยเหลือ ช่องทางติดต่อและพิกัดละเอียดจะไม่แสดงต่อสาธารณะ เว้นแต่คุณเลือกให้แสดงตำแหน่งละเอียดเอง
• สิ่งที่ถูกเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ คือสิ่งที่คุณส่งให้ชุมชน ได้แก่ หมุด รีวิว การยืนยัน ข้อมูลที่ช่วยเติม รายงาน และรูปที่แนบ เก็บไว้ที่ Supabase
• ตัวนับคนเข้าใช้ เพื่อแสดงว่า "มีคนเข้ามาสำรวจแล้วกี่คน" ระบบเก็บรหัสสุ่มประจำเครื่องกับเวลาที่เข้าใช้ล่าสุด หนึ่งเครื่องนับหนึ่งครั้ง
• แบบฟอร์มแจ้งปัญหา / เสนอแนะ ชื่อและอีเมลใส่หรือไม่ใส่ก็ได้ เราใช้เพื่อตอบกลับเรื่องที่คุณแจ้งเท่านั้น และเก็บไว้ในที่ที่มีแค่ทีมงานเปิดได้
• รูปภาพ แอปย่อขนาดและลบข้อมูลพิกัดที่ติดมากับไฟล์ก่อนส่งเสมอ
• การซื้อ Premium ดำเนินการโดย Apple ทั้งหมด เราไม่เห็นและไม่เก็บข้อมูลการชำระเงินของคุณ
• ไม่มีโฆษณา ไม่มีการติดตามข้ามแอป และไม่ขายข้อมูลให้ใคร
• สิทธิ์ของคุณ ขอให้ลบหมุด รีวิว หรือคำขอความช่วยเหลือที่คุณส่งได้ ผ่านแบบฟอร์ม "แจ้งปัญหา / เสนอแนะ" โดยแจ้งรหัสเรื่องหรือชื่อจุดที่ต้องการลบ
• ล้างข้อมูลในเครื่อง ลบแอป หรือล้างข้อมูลเว็บในเบราว์เซอร์ จะลบรหัสประจำเครื่องและรายการที่บันทึกไว้ทั้งหมด ส่วนเนื้อหาที่ส่งให้ชุมชนแล้วจะยังอยู่ เพราะเป็นข้อมูลที่คนอื่นใช้ต่อ

ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน

• THEEKHEE เป็นแผนที่ห้องน้ำที่คนในชุมชนช่วยกันเติมข้อมูล ใช้ได้โดยไม่ต้องสมัครสมาชิก
• ข้อมูลทุกอย่างมาจากคนทั่วไปและข้อมูลเปิดของ OpenStreetMap เราไม่รับประกันว่าถูกต้องหรือเป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ โปรดใช้วิจารณญาณ
• ห้ามโพสต์เนื้อหาผิดกฎหมาย ลามก คุกคามผู้อื่น โฆษณา หรือภาพที่เห็นใบหน้าคนอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• ห้ามปักหมุดมั่ว ปักที่ห้องน้ำส่วนตัวของคนอื่น หรือใช้แอปเพื่อกลั่นแกล้งใคร
• เนื้อหาที่ถูกรายงานจะถูกซ่อนอัตโนมัติและรอการตรวจสอบ เราสงวนสิทธิ์ลบเนื้อหาที่ผิดข้อตกลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า
• คุณกดบล็อกผู้ใช้คนอื่นได้ เพื่อไม่ให้เห็นรีวิวและรูปของคนนั้นบนเครื่องนี้
• ปุ่ม "ไม่ไหวแล้ว" ช่วยหาห้องน้ำเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่บริการฉุกเฉิน เหตุฉุกเฉินจริงโทร 1669

Privacy (English)

• No account. The app creates a random device id (guest id) for points and to mark what is yours. It is not tied to your name, email or phone number.
• Location is used only while the app is open, to sort the nearest toilets and work out the route. It is never uploaded or kept as history, except in two cases you send yourself: the coordinates of a pin you add, and the location you choose to send when asking for flood help.
• Flood help requests. The location and details you enter are stored to show on the help map. Contact details and exact coordinates are never public unless you choose to show the exact location.
• What is stored on the server is what you contribute: pins, reviews, confirmations, details, reports and attached photos, hosted on Supabase.
• Visitor count. To show how many people have explored the map, we store the random device id and the time of the last visit. One device counts once.
• Feedback form. Name and email are optional. We use them only to reply to you, and keep them where only the team can open them.
• Photos are shrunk and stripped of location data before sending.
• Premium purchases are handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.
• No ads, no cross-app tracking, and no selling of data.
• Your rights. Ask us to delete a pin, review or help request you sent through the feedback form, with its code or place name.
• Clearing your device. Deleting the app, or clearing the site's data in your browser, removes the device id and everything saved on the device. Content already shared with the community stays, because other people rely on it.

Terms of use (English)

• TheeKhee is a community toilet map. No account is needed.
• Information comes from other people and from OpenStreetMap. We cannot guarantee it is correct or current.
• No illegal, sexual, harassing or advertising content, and no photos showing other people’s faces without permission.
• Do not pin fake places or private toilets, or use the app to harass anyone.
• Reported content is hidden automatically and reviewed. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.
• You can block another person so their reviews and photos are hidden on this device.
• "Can’t hold it!" only finds toilets. In a real emergency in Thailand, call 1669.
